You never know how run down you are until you are giving a hotel bed. Both my dad and I passed out at 8 pm last night after a day of moving a couch, dining table, and rug into my room all alone. I have never slept so well. Sadly, my stomach yesterday was worse than normal and I could barely get anything down leading to utter exhaustion today. 
Today is packed day so starting off the morning with a walk with my dad before we start on furniture hunting.

Hope you rested well. Take care of yourself and absorb every moment of that family time. Use the precious moments to clear your head, take lots of deep breaths, and simply live.
