How can I not spread some marvelous love thanks to Healthy Diva Eats AND swoon over dog pictures with Eat Pray Tri’s 23 Paws? Last night was one of those nights I don’t want to remember – it was rough and not my best effort at all. Granted, that made this morning really tough and put my head in not the best of places. Mondays need the extra spunk all around. 
Marvelous… that in, count it, 16 days I will be reunited with this beauty. I am so excited to have my first long weekend vacation where I will be surrounded by family, both close and extended. Not to mention some much needed beach time in Falmouth and the Falmouth Road Race. I feel a PR this year!
Marvelous… I am a new FitFluential Ambassador! That email came as such a surprise when I saw it in my inbox and I couldn’t be more excited to join the family! I have been in awe of many of the FitFluential bloggers and believe in everything they do. Thank you FitFluential!
Marvelous… that I finally tried and am ADDICTED to PB2. You guys weren’t kidding, this stuff is crack. The texture is so much better so that I actually like it! I know a peanut or nut butter I will actually eat. Big move big move. 
Marvelous… that I got an apartment. I mean it is basically old news by now but I can’t reiterate how FREAKING READY I am to have my own space. Yes, it will be bare for a while but slowly it will become home. (Ps. Anyone have any suggestions to how to exactly furnish a studio? Like how to make it less like one big room?)
Marvelous… connections lately. Just found out that one of my roommate’s sister’s friend (ya I know…) had read my blog. Crazy world (waving hi if you are out there!) Because I never use names and don’t tell my friends about my blog, I just assumed it would never find its way into my day to day. Kind of feels good.
Marvelous… I found out a close friend is starting a blog before she moves and starts grad school. So excited for her! I know her recipes will be top notch.
Marvelous… I still find my dog’s hair on lots of my clothes. Love the little reminder of her each day even if a large white hair is hanging off my black clothing. Whoops.

Marvelous… everyone is back in the office so my lonely little office will have all six of us back!
Marvelous… I found some discount finds for my basic apartment needs yesterday. Success! I mean I really did need a shower curtain… can’t live without that one. You like?

So jealous that you tried PB2- i need to get my hands on some asap! My run this morning was marvelous- I went in to it so not in the mood, but ended up having an amazing HIIT run which was the ideal start to my week!

I am so glad you found an apartment! You can try and divide the room with some cute dividers from Pier one or places like that.. Just to separate your bedroom and the common area..

I know, people think I am crazy but it is a comfort.
Congrats on the new digs!! My advice would be to get some sort of futon or pull out couch, that way you dont have people watching tv on your bed exactly. Unless you dont care, then thats totally up to you
No, I think that is what I want to do. I like that idea a lot! Or even a chair of some sort.

I know,i am excited to slowly decorate it over time. No need to rush and get things I won’t like in the end.
Ikea saved my life when decorating/supplying my closet of a dorm. Great small space solutions there. I have a little black dog, and I am constantly finding little bits of love from her even when I am away at school.

What type of dog is your dog? It is beautiful. I can relate to the hair thing–my dog sheds EVERYWHERE. He’s a lab and the owners told us he didn’t shed at all…wrong. Haha! But I am used to it and I have the lint rollers to help. Congrats on being a new Ambassador! We can be fellow Ambassadors.
And as for the PB2, it’s awesome. You won’t go back.
She is a brittany spaniel. I love her energy and she still looks like a pup despite being 11! I know PB2 has converted me.

today is awesome because my professor just emailed me canceling a work meeting!
my apartment is very small. I have two chairs and an ottoman instead of a couch (much cheaper) that kind of divide the “den” from the kitchen. my kitchen isn’t big enough for a table and chairs to eat, so I just have a barstool and usually eat at the bar/counter. I have a friend with a similar apartment and he has TV trays he uses for eating. also, I don’t have a coffee table because it would make the space look even smaller, so I just have a couple of side tables that I put next to the chairs
Hmm those are all great suggestions. I think I am going to do a smaller high table for the kitchen area and then chairs like that.
Yay for the apartment! The only small room I’ve ever furnished is a dorm room, and when I was done it looked even smaller! So I’m probably no help to you

I love PB2! I just discovered this stuff the other week and it’s amazing!
I know! I mean seriously, why had I not tried it earlier.
My first apartment out of college in Boston was a studio, which was pretty small. I used my graduation money to buy Pottery Barn furniture (that I still have!) but since then have gotten less expensive pieces from Ikea and PB2. For my studio, I had a small love seat, a leather chair, my bed, and used a console table with drawers as my tv stand (I used the drawers for storage). My “coffee table” was a trunk that I could store tons of stuff in too. I love decorating! Have fun
I have yet to try PB2 … it’s on my list of to buy when I go to Whole Foods.

My sister and I are in the process of furnishing our new apartment too! We’re so excited! My suggestion is storage storage storage! Claire’s trunk idea is great! I had a friend who stacked up 3 antique-looking suitcases (found in her grandmas attic) to make her bedside table. Also, this is random, but hang your tv on the wall if you can. It really opens up small rooms–tv stands can a lot of times be too bulky for what little storage they offer. And I promise to send you a snack recipe this week!

aaah you get to go home so soon!!! Man I miss New England, especially this time of year. For the apartment, my best friend has a studio and aside from a little dining table with a few chairs/her bed/dresser/nightstand etc, she’s just got a small sofa/futon thing, a coffee table, and a cheap butterfly chair or bowl chair (I think you can get them at the dorm section at target?) It’s not much but it makes it look cozier! And decorations, books etc DEFINITELY help a ton. and omg friends discovering your blog – pretty much all my friends read mine and I have nooo idea how they found it!! most of my friends aren’t on twitter and I don’t link it to my facebook, so I’m just like whaaaat? lol
It is crazy how no one has really discovered my blog that I know. probably a good thing. I like the idea of making it cozy so I know I have lots to check out.

That’s crazy that your sister’s roomates friend has read your blog! I am the same way with not telling my friends about my blog, but for some reason I like that no one I know reads it.
